Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.
Payment with Payson
With Payson, you pay easily and securely. Choose to complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard and internet banking or pay in arrears on invoice or partial payment. Read more here: www.payson.se
We offer the payment method “PaysonFaktura” in collaboration with Payson AB. Payment terms are 14 days and for invoice purchases a fee of SEK 19 will be added. To be able to order against an invoice, you must be 18 years of age and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check that is carried out at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase. In the event of late payment, we will send a payment reminder, in which case a statutory reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. We also charge interest on arrears at 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the case is submitted for collection, whereby a statutory collection fee of currently SEK 180 will be added. Payson reserves the right in individual cases to refuse delivery and reconsider the customer’s creditworthiness.
Information about the right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us of this within 14 days of receiving the product. In order for you to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost.

When paying with PaysonFaktura, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item. If the agreement applies to a custom-made product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day we have provided information. You have no right of withdrawal if: The service is started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on financial market fluctuations, for example a share, the product due to its nature can not be returned, the seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal: You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In that case, contact us by e-mail.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return it to us Repayment obligation: We will, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the product. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
